We are very much looking forward to welcoming all of you to our Event in Greece! As you can see on the agenda, we have a lot of nice things planned for you and are sure we will have a great time together. There are no meetings planned as this should be a celebration of the successful FY 2025. Everything from the time you get in the bus at the airport until you get back to the airport will go onto our EME Account. For Friday we have a few different activities that you can choose from and create your own agenda for the day. Hopefully you will all find something that you are interested in and fill your day with fun things! Please choose wisely as there might not be a possibility to change once you have registered. There will be a Photographer around for all three dinners. Elisabeth Diehl is your point of contact throughout your stay for any questions or issues and will try to help you with anything you need. | Logistics |

Please make your own flight bookings before going to the registration page as you will need this information to complete the registration. We will have busses according to the arrival times of everyone that will take you to the hotel when you arrive and back in time for you to catch your flight. Once we have all the flight times together, I will send out information where you will get your bus and when it will leave and who will be on it with you. As we are a large group, we will gather people rather than having single cars driving to the hotel. The drive from the ariport to the hotel is approximately 1 hour. |
| Dress code |
| For the majority of the event we do not have a set dress code. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and don’t forget your swimming gear! For the Gala Dinner we have set the dress code to blacktie – looking forward to your tuxes and long evening gowns! There will be hair and make-up artists available before the gala that will have to be prebooked at the time of the registrations for the activities. |
